July 4th Celebration

Fellow FRTC Members,


The Franklin Republicans once again will have a booth at the July 4th Celebration (June 30th through July 4th).  This year we will be selling (1) root beer floats, (2) corn dogs, and (3) Powerade drinks.  We are looking forward to eclipsing last year’s revenues and profit, though we’ll face additional challenges.  Namely, we’ll need to heat and serve hot corn dogs and keep a supply of cold drinks on hand while making ice cream floats and taking money.    


For the corn dogs, we think we can get by with 3 toaster ovens and a freezer.  If you have either one that you can loan us for the weekend, please let me know.


Most importantly, we need more volunteers--at least 3 people there at all times.  Following is the schedule for the entire weekend along with the names of people who’ve volunteered for the specific time slot:
